Here’s my fifth Food + Foto submission…Semi-Homemade Chocolate Chip Pancakes with fresh whip cream J
I’m loyal to good ol’ Aunt Jemima, so all I do is make her pancake mix (not the “just add water” kind) and fold in some chocolate chips when done mixing. I know - pancakes from scratch would be way better. But sometimes you gotta pick your battles. And I pick fresh whip J For the whip I use 1 cup heavy cream, 1/8 cup sugar, and ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract. I beat with a mixer until soft peaks form. And then lick the mixer thingies clean when cleaning up J
